The Lorne-Aireys Inlet P-12 College is a dual-campus school with a P-12 campus at Lorne and a P-6 campus at Aireys Inlet. The Lorne campus is organized into junior (P-4), middle (5-9), and senior (10-12) sub-schools. The school’s administration is based at Lorne. The original Lorne P-12 College was opened in 1879, Aireys Inlet Primary School was established in 1893, and the merger of the two schools took place in 1994.
A large proportion of families are employed in hospitality, retail and trades, and 40% of families receive the Educational Maintenance Allowance.
